Re-registering Sky Player on laptop
Hi everyone. Looking through the posts, it seems that actually getting Sky Player to work is far from easy!!
My problem is that I registered and downloaded the software onto my PC, but couldn't get it to work because of an error code (208 I think). I did everything I could to get round this but failed, so I uninstalled the software and bought a laptop
I tried to re-register on this (I am a Sky subscriber) but I get the message that I am already registered on another computer. Is it possible to somehow cancel that registration and start from scratch on the laptop which has a much higher spec than the PC and hopefully less likely to get error codes.

If you contact customer support they can reset your registration so it can be used on a different PC.
