      Hi there, did what tookers advised and it worked fine last time but i've just reinstalled windows so have had to sort everything again. This time sky player is saying " too many changes on client pc" can someone please tell me what i do now. Thanks, Jas.

You will get the irritating User Account Control prompt from Vista. Click 'Yes' to continue and then login to SkyPlayer and follow the links to install the DRM upgrade... the difference being that this time, it will actually upgrade.
      This worked a treat thankyou!!

      Thanks EmmaLouise1980 solution worked. When I contacted the sky helpdesk they could not help me. Note when you install the DRM upgrade. Just check again you have exit skyplayer and it will work!.
