Hi. I installed Skyplayer last night. I can play a movie & watch but I can't download it & save for later. I get an error code 30. I spoke at length to Sky & I must admit they were very helpful, must have been on the line about an hour. I uninstalled Skyplayer & reinstalled twice, deleted all cookies & temp files. Rebooted laptop several times also. We went all through my anti-virus & spyware to ensure nothing was blocking. In the end there was nowhere to go. Sky guy has sent a message to their more tech team & they will call me, but he didn't seem to hold out much hope. I must admit the dealings I had with them when installing Sky Broadband were poor, I solved the problem myself in the end.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?? Thankyou.
