Well, I've eventually got Sky player working, downloaded a film and busy downloading another

I was at the point of giving up and was NOT ringing them up again. Infact I'd removed their player software completely from my system, but thought I'd email to see what they'd say. I told them I wasn't going to pay for another phone call after I'd been already told it was set up-but wasn't. After receiving an email asking for a security word (the acc's in hubbys name) they've sorted it out and its working fine.

So try emailing them and see what happens. I must say one thing in Sky's favour and that's the superb quality of their downloaded films-spot on
