Try logging in first, and then go to My Library section, and try playing the item - if it don't work try downloading a smaller file.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Have managed to download one film which seems to work fine, but nothing else does. I've even downloaded films, then deleted them, and re-downloaded them, but again - nothing. Why is nothing easy?!

      Sky Anytime on PC

I have installed the software and it worked for all about 10 minutes.

After I had rebooted, the icon which displays is grayed out and I am unable to access the site to download anything.

I have telephoned sky who suggested I uninstall and reinstall - this hasn't helped.

I was hoping that someone here has come across this issue before and has provided a resolution??

      Yours Hopefully

      Re: Sky Anytime on PC

You could try installing bbc iplayer sometimes helps link here.

      BBC iPlayer - Home

Also some help there I know it for iplayer but the same applys to both software link here.

BBC - BBC iPlayer - Help - Frequently asked questions

if none of this works you might want to try installing channel 4 one on goggle it.
