      Anytime DRM

      Hello

Does anyone know why you can copy from your sky+ box to tape or DVD, however you can't from sky anytime pc due to DRM.

Surely if you can on one you should be able to on another??

You answered your own question, DRM. That's what it's about, you can only view the file on the machine which holds the licence. Of course, there's always FRAPS.....

      Re: Anytime DRM

DRM = Digital Rights Management. Your data comes with a form of copy protection which will only allow it to be played on the device - in this case, your PC - to which is has been downloaded. You said, "due to DRM" which is why I said, "You answered your own question".
No offence intended. Look up FRAPS as an example of what's out there which might be of help.
