    Anytime TV empty

      Anytime TV empty

      For about 4 days now I've had no programmes at all in Anytime TV. Is it empty or is my box just not updating?

      As long as you have the anytime planner on the bottom of the tv guide page your programmes should start downloading in roughly 7 days.

      Should it be empty though? I've had this box since HD came out on Sky it's just this week it's not had any new programmes and as the old ones go nothing is replacing them.

      Yes, I had this not long ago. In the end I had to do a full reset of the hard drive. Press Services, 4, 0, 1, Select then choose Full System Reset. Beware - this will erase all recordings, all series linked programmes on the planner, and possibly all your favourite channels too, so make a note of the settings before you do it.

      My solution was less drastic Just turned the box off at the wall for a few minutes. After a few days the programmes started filtering through.
