help sky anytime
I have just downloaded sky anytime and followed all the on screen instructions but when i try to open sky anytime off the desktop i double click and nothing happens can any body help me im really struggling

I tried to set up last week. still no joy.
first time player would open but state I was off line. Now nothing opens up.
Spoken to sky but no joy yet
