    Help with Skytime please

      Help with Skytime please

      I had this problem for a couple of months now I have contacted sky Anytime tec support but they say it a know issue and there no help at the moment.

      The problem I having is when I try download free content I am unable to says I have to "upgrade to get this" and I can't dl.I'm on full subs with sky including sky Broadband and Sky HD subs.

      My sky account has my old veiwing card number and can't get sky to update been trying for two months to get them to change it with no luck.I can download movies and sky sports ok.Anyone had this issues or know how to get around it.

      Windows Vista 32bit
      sky anytime version 5 software installed
      Nortons 360
      Have tried to uninstall and remove sky Anytime from pc and Sky account but still get same error.

      We have the same problem not a lot we can do about it as for the Technical department they are hard work. Sorry I can't assist you anymore maybe someone else might be able to help you with this.

      Box office movies do not work as well get same error upgrade to get this.

      Hi totalwar, sorry to hear your having the problem as well, If I'm not mistaken isn't the Sky Box Movies is a pay per view subscription? The only advice I would give you is right an email to sky customer services you will get a reply to say they have passed on the relevant information to the right department.
      by doing that you will have a reference to work on I found ringing is a long tedious job without proof you have rang.

      Have e-mail on there on-line form no joy as started above there no fix for this issue so I been told by tec support just got to wait for a fix.

      We can only hope that everyone else who may have the same problem can complain as well it does sound like a problem on certain accounts and more people complain more they will get there act together for us 10 weeks is a long wait but it has been longer for others.

      Well just spoke to sky and they saying it's not possible too change the veiwing card number on my sky on-line account.So stuck with the skyanytime not working for pay for view and free programs.

      I hope you read this if you ring Sky and find out what package your on if you have an odd number it wont work. Ask for Blair.
      We have finally sorted our problem out and added a channel for a 1. What it was is, there system cant cope with an odd numbers.
