      Phoned again to day another 50min call spoke to three departments same old line have to wait for there software to be fix and I have to wait for a few more days.Ho well they have 7 more days and I'm off to Virgin Media and I know there bad at lease I know that before I join with them.What happen to sky customer care gone to ****.

      Had enough going with Virgin Media 2nd December after being with Sky for 15 years.

      Left sky for a few months now back with them.Gave up with Virgin Media taking 6 weeks too install.Then to be told that the cable no good and has to be replace and I have to wait another 5 weeks.

      Tried again after xmas waited three weeks and for them to cancel and say have to wait another 3 weeks.How this company makes any money I don't know.

      Anyway errors I had have gone now and skyplayer and my sky HD sub working fine now.
