      Can I suggest that you write to customer services with the request with compensation and if you don't get any joy I would then ask everybody who has this problem to get in touch with watchdog or trading standards. This is not good customer care

      p.s There is no more tier 2 and tier 3 they have joined together and they are now called customer solutions team.

      I'm not wasting my time on sending a letter as will not get a reply or very small chance of it.Thanks guys for the suggestions and address as soon as my 12 months are up I be off.Sky really going down the same road as NTL AAK Virgin Media A waste of time phoning them and forget writing to them.I be off to Freeveiw lol.

      I have sent e-mail for a refund see if anything come of it.Still no word from tec support on fixing this issue.

      Received a reply by e-mail wanted more info which sent should here something in 2 days and e-mail as good as writing a letter if you have copy's can use them in count and it's a lot easy to say a letter never arrived then a e-mail.

      If I sent them a letter I would made sure I would put it though as recorded delivery it's worth paying that little more knowing they would receive it any way at least your getting some replys through the emails
