      Persisent problem opening anytime

I've installed antime about 3 weeks ago. It has never opened for me yet. I'm started to get extremely peeved. I've emailed CS and received a phone call this morning. After spending some time chatting The guy said it's a windows issue.

I've uninstalled, re-installed, and every time I've had my anti-virus off. I've cleared the registry of sky & kontiki but nothing I've tried seems to work.
I've also used a registry cleaner, and removed all references to sky manually.
All I was getting was an error message...." problem opening Sky Anytime"
After my last install, I'm not even getting that now. Help !

      Re: Persisent problem opening anytime

Go to the start menu, go to run, type msconfig, go to the services tab, hide all Microsoft services, look for KSERVICE by Kontiki INC, if its not checked then it is disabled and that will mean KSERVICE can't be started and thus Sky Anytime fails ...

      Hope that helps!

I had a similar problem. See what fixed it for me here: http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-a...tml#post113829

Sorry if it's a red herring

OK, goto run and type "services.msc" then scroll down to the KService, you need to right click it and choose "Start Service".

Also check what "Startup Type" it is.
