"There has been an unexpected problem"

      Hi guys.

I've installed Sky Anytime PC but when I click to start the program I receive the prompt below. I've removed / reinstalled numerous times but I can't seem to find a resolution. I'm running XP Media Centre if it helps.

      Thanks.

      Found this on the net

Best to do a complete uninstall.

If you go to How do I remove Sky by broadband from my PC? it gives full instructions.

Remember to also uninstall the Kontiki (instructions on link above).

When you've done shut down PC > Restart PC and go to How do I download Sky by broadband again?

Also remember to configure any firewall correctly (this includes the Delivery Manager Service).
