Found this on the net
Best to do a complete uninstall.
If you go to How do I remove Sky by broadband from my PC? it gives full instructions.
Remember to also uninstall the Kontiki (instructions on link above).
When you've done shut down PC > Restart PC and go to How do I download Sky by broadband again?
Also remember to configure any firewall correctly (this includes the Delivery Manager Service).~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~
