After hours of trying so many things I solved the problem.

      Download Windows Installer Clean from

Windows Installer Cleanup Utility - Description

Run the program and remove Sky Anytime. Re install and it should be ok.

However, having run it once perfectly I now have the error

There has been an unexpected problem.

I have given up getting anytime on pc but hope this helps for others.

I too have never been able to access Sky anytime, allways the same message Your Windows Media Player needs security updates...No matter how mant times Iv'e tried through the links Sky gave ...nothing.....Every one Ive downloaded from microsoft has done no good..........uninstalling and reinstalling WMP does no good.

I even went to the lenghths of reinstallling the whole of Windows to no avail. I've looked for the DRM folder on my computer to no avail..........such a disapointment.

Any one got the definitive solution? Please.
