Im looking at my mates pc, she has signed up to sky anytime and paid and downloaded an episode of Lost but cant view it.
It shows on her account that she has paid for it but it doesnt show in the library. I've found the downloaded file (which is at 303mb) which to me suggests its fully downloaded, but when I click to play it Windows media player has a problem;
it goes to open the file and then a window comes up with pretty much notthing in it saying "license acquisition" with only a cancel button available.
It was on WMP11 but Ive rolled back to WMP10, I've downloaded all updated codecs and even acquired the updated WMP license files off the microsoft website.
Any ideas where to go next?
