      Sky Anytime Help

      So i downloaded the sky anytime software without anyproblems and i downloaded the movies too. But when i go to play them a green screen appears and i can hear the movie but cannot see anything apart from the green screen.

      Any ideas on how to help would be appreciated

      I'm a Windows XP user and my format of Windows Media Player is 11.

      have you tried it with WMP 10? IIRC, is one of the conditions....

      well i hit cancel and walked away and its still downloaded taking up 1.2GB and that was even after i turned the machine off and on again

      anyway it's history..

      i always make sure ive got the latest encorders etc - get the free download from DivX Video Player - DivX Video Codec - DivX Converter and try that after a reboot

      it seems to be quite common as i have the same fault,
      running xp wmp11 again after rolling back to wmp10 with no joy. have update flash to 9, sounds great.
