      I get "failed" and this message every time Outlook Express looks for mail-

      The host 'pop.tools.sky' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'pop.tools.sky', Server: 'pop.tools.sky', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

      My other two mail accounts arrive without problems and when I tried sending one of these accounts a message from me at sky - it arrived!

      Somewhat puzzled!

      pop.tools.sky.com is the server address, you may want to check your settings if it i saying pop.tools.sky

      I have received a similar message - The host 'pop.tools.sky.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
