Receiving emails from sky
Bit of a long one.Many moons ago when we had sky my wife set it up in her name.But I setup our sky id as me and my email *****@sky.com and login details.When I log in I use my details. I can view our bills due etc etc.Sky sent out an email but somehow it went to my wife's email address and not mine as above.When I logged into our account with my details (user ID and email) In the message box was the message that was sent to my wife.How is this and how can I change it so any emails sent from sky go to my mail address and not my wife's.In the email sent from sky to my wife, at the bottom of the email it said that if she wanted to turn on the protection? setting to log into the portal using, ***** which is another one of my emails that I use, but the only way I can log into the account is as my sky id.If I have to ring sky tec for anything they always ask for the account holder (my wife) and the account password.Sorry this is all over the place, and thanks for any replies.

Log in to My Sky then click on Manage followed by My Details.
Scroll down to Household account which I'm assuming will be followed by your wife's name and email address.
You can't change your wife's name (only she can do that) but there is a link to edit her email address and replace it with your own if that is what you want to do.
