Emails going to SPAM folder
I use Microsoft Outlook (2016) or my emails and have noticed that the amount of emails I receive have dropped dramatically recently.
Logging into Sky email I can see that the majority of my emails are going to the Sky Yahoo Mail SPAM folder. I have phoned Sky for help with this and have been advised to contact Yahoo directly as Sky can only help with password resets etc. Sky were unable to give a contact number for Yahoo!
How can I stop my emails going to the SPAM folder?
Thanks

Re: Emails going to SPAM folder
Keep reporting them as not spam and set some filters up perhaps ?

Re: Emails going to SPAM folder
Thanks.
I'm reporting them as not SPAM but still they keep going to my SPAM folder although not as many as before.
How do I set-up filters?
Bizarrely the emails going to my SPAM folder are all from a Yahoo group. Seems strange why Yahoo are flagging their emails as SPAM.Last edited by DRGW; 12-08-18 at 03:34 PM.

Re: Emails going to SPAM folder
Hi
Thanks for this.
I am still finding however that some emails are still going to the SPAM folder and these are from a Yahoo Group. Seems strange to me why Yahoo considers its own emails as SPAM.
Anybody know how I can stop this?

Re: Emails going to SPAM folder
Pretty much all you can do if they are still going to spam after you have set up a filter is to keep reporting them as not spam.
