just got a new mobile phone and when I tried to setup sky email I kept getting wrong username/password messages.
I went onto mysky emails and changed my password and tried again but still had no success.
went back onto mysky and when I tried to login to my email account was asked to choose a new email address which I did successfully but I still can't setup using the original email address.
my old mobile is still receiving emails from the original address,so whats going on.
Sussed it....despite following the link on the sky website to change my password and doing so, the email address I'm trying to setup is still using the old password.
