      hm i managed to get in to my active with the details sky sent me and changed my password! however i still cant get in to the main portal site. and i want to add email addresses! can i do this throught the main sky.com site? i also wanted to use the web space thingy too, share photos etc but i uess i cant use that until all these little points are ironned out

      You can add additional users on the sky.com site

      Clik these Tabs

      >My Sky
      >My Sky Profile

      in the Manage your My Sky Account clik View my Additional Users
      You can then add new users

      Re: Accidental solution

      I discovered this one by accident and it works all the time to log into Sky Broadband portal, this is explorer you log in as normal it came up with dialog box redirected to unsecure server etc you press yes. While it is trying to log in you change your password to the wrong one drop a digit or change a letter. The dialog box comes up again press yes and it logs you in. Very weird but it works.

      Woohoo ... after trying to log on to portal everyday for 2 weeks tried this and it finally works

      Well, I've tried that, and everything else that others have suggested. NOTHING works. I think sky broadband email stinks!

      just tried the last suggestion ....logged in no problem ,worked for me too
      managed to change my password and add users ....it now logs in first time ..
      well done that man.Dave.

      I have only had sky broadband since Wednesday and have been unable to log in despite trying all the suggestions here. I have called Sky several times and been connected to an overseas call centre who are ever so polite but have been able to do nothing to correct this problem, I have also been unable to load McAfee from the dics that I have been sent and advised by McAfee that I will be able to download it direct from skybroadband.com when I can log in . Any suggestions please
