      Hi Everyone, When i get in (which i have done) where do i go to get my family some email addresses? Ive just left Blueyonder and it was easy, My inbox had 4 sub boxes one for me, The wife and one each for the kids.

      Sky portal login failure

      I have not been able to login to Sky page all week althought using Google there is no problem.
      I spoke to Sky technical support who told me there was a problem and they had not got a time scale for the fix.

      Yup. worked for me.

      at least i can pickup my email from work.

      Portal Login Fails

      Just connected yesterday but unable to login using the password they supplied. Reckons my credentials are incorrect!

      Have tried to log on to the portal for two weeks but no joy & have tried both www.sky.com & www.skybroadband.com as suggested but can't log in to either! I was sent a new password but still tells me 'logon credentials are incorrect' Anyone else still failed after receiving new password etc. & any other suggestions?

      Logging on problems

      Hi,
      I don't know if this is of any use to anyone on this thread but I thought it may help.
      I've just joined sky broadband and run 3 pc's via the netgear router.
      I have found I was unable to log on to skys broadband page on the pc which has skys supplied Mcafee antivirus software installed on it. The other 2 pc work fine and I have no problems logging on using these.
      I decided after trial and error to disable the anti-abuse option in Mcafee,this now allows me to log on no problem at all.
      I dont know why this is or if it will help others but it may be worth a try.

      I spoke to sky tech help today as i counldn't log on to portal I thought it might have something to do with the fact i'm new to sky and it was my first login.

      But they rang me back and said it a server problem at their end and there's nothing you can do until they sort it out.
