Sky/Yahoo mail is useless
This is more of a statement, than a cry for help.
I have been losing a lot of emails since Sky moved to Yahoo. In recent weeks this problem has got worse, so bad that mail sent to me by another Sky user hasn't reached my inbox. There's no sign of it in spam, junk or another other directory.
So I have been forced to change my email provider. I can't be the only person with this problem. I don't believe the Sky/Yahoo mail is fit for purpose and I seriously recommend that no one uses it for important communications. It could end up costing you money, a job or friendship, because users of this dreadful mail will never know they are losing emails.

Re: Sky/Yahoo mail is useless
Yep it is. Like most of sky. I have never used Sky Email. I did have their telly for a while but got totally fed up of the repeats and the endless American content so that got dumped in favour of Freeview. I only have their fibre broadband now which, up to press, hasn't put a foot wrong and I have had Sky internet since it's inception.
I used Hotmail for a lot of years and still do because that is the email addy that most people know but I do have Gmail accounts as well. Gmail is better since Hotmail became Outlook but neither are the bees knees IMO.

Re: Sky/Yahoo mail is useless
The only issue I have with my Yahoo and Sky accounts in junk mail.
The number which get flagged incorrectly is a nuisace. However I do tend to receive all the messages.
I would suggest that you check something else.
One daft issue with the Yahoo! Mail set up is with filters. Any filters I set up on the Yahoo! Mail site tend to move the messages to the right folders, but then do not get downloaded to my client. I therefore disable them when I am able to use my client, but enable them when I can't for a period of time.
