Outlook express 13 & Thunderbird set up problems
Morning all,
I have read through the forum & tried various settings to try & get my sky email through the above but can't get either to work,
I am running Windows 8.1 so are there actually any settings that work to get my email through either of the above ?

For Thunderbird my set up is
Server- pop.tools.sky.com
User- xxxxxxxxx@sky.com (make sure you include the @sky.com)
Port- 995
Security- SSL/TLS
Authenticate- Normal password.
Outgoing server- SMTP.tools.sky.com
Port- 465.
Other setting as outgoing.
