This is a discussion on E-mail disappeared within the Sky Email and Portal Log-in forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; So somehow my account got deleted! God knows how. Has anyone got the settings or a link to them please?...

So somehow my account got deleted! God knows how. Has anyone got the settings or a link to them please?

You will need to log into your My Sky account. You should be able to check things out there.
Don't forget that you should access your email account at least every 180 days to keep it active. I would suggest a shorter time period in practise though.
