      Are you using the password that you use to access the Sky.com portal? Try logging into the portal and changing your password in there and then setting up Outlook again.

      Just as a matter of interest. Can you access the Broadband Portal?

      No I can't access the portal I get a message telling me my credentials are incorrect. This has been reported to sky and they are looking into it. They told me to expect a phone call, I've been waiting three days so far

      Can you access the Sky.com site to change your password?

      Hi

      Still can not log into my Emails via Sky BB. As I am unable to get into the portlet, although I can still get me Emails from Outlook, but this is no good if I am away from home. I have also tried all of the other suggestions and I can not get into my account even through sky.com as it does not have a passowrd set up and will not allow me to add one, so I am unable to change any profiles. I will be contacting Sky again to see what is happening as I have never been able to get into the portlet since going live in September!!!

      I will post again if Sky tell me anything of interest.

      that is why it is not accepting the information that you put into Outlook.

      Contact Sky on 0800 051 2595 and see if they can sort out your Sky.com access. That will allow you to access email via outlook

      I had exactly the same problem and tried all of the above but it is actually Mcafee that is stopping you getting into sky's site and anywhere else that you need to log in to. Double click on the red mcafee icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Click on "privacy service" and then select "manage user accounts". Click on "options" on the left, then select the fifth tab along which is "cookies" and type in www.sky.com and click on "add" do this for anyother sites you need to log into and you're sorted. It worked for me and I had tried everything, even sky didn't know how to sort it. Let me know if it works for you.

      I went live today 18th, cannot log on to portal but can receive mail via outlook and mailwasher so password must be OK. Password is the one set up in sky.com and I have changed it. On the letter from sky no password, maybe will come now that I am activated.
