Lost all stored emails and contacts

I need some help please. Having read all the posts about the migration to Yahoo, I have only succeeded in confusing myself.

****.****@sky.com was used as my primary email address for a long time. It was working fine up to this Saturday morning. When selecting email from the Sky.com page later in the day, a new dialogue box appeared asking for Yahoo log in details, After going round and around I finally managed to log in and my Yahoo inbox contained just one email dated 20 April, welcoming me to Yahoo mail.

Having read a number of posts I managed to access http://mail.google.com/a/sky.com/?Au...urce=SSO#inbox. There was my old inbox, contacts etc., but only up to 03 April 2013. Nothing since then was present.

Where do I go from here? It would be useful to recover the missing emails and I certainly need to copy the contacts across. Where are the emails to my sky.com email going? There are dozens a day missing.

I do recall being asked to accept the nw T&Cs, and I thought I had accepted them some time ago.

      Thanks for any help.

To be honest, i think the migration to yahoo mail has been a shambles.

The best advice i have is to start your own thread here:
Sky Help Forum - Sky Yahoo! Mail - Help & Support from the Official Sky Forum
Because personal details may be needed to resolve the problem.

Don't be too worried about the general madness on that forum.
The sky staff do seem to have a reasonable grip on the situation now.

Thanks Gymno I did as you suggested. However, before there was time for anyone to respond, a further problem surfaced. I could not sign into Sky.com | Your Home for the Latest Sky News, Sports & Entertainment - my Sky ID and/or password were not recognised.

In the end Tier 2 CS guided me through resetting my password, and low and behold my email account, the missing emails and contacts reappeared.

I'm still not sure what happened, but I am very happy to have everything back.
