Strange e-mail issue
I hope someone can help me with this. When I log into one of the extra email addresses I created I can't get the menu up when I click on the cog and choose 'Mail Options'. The page remains blank. However, on my main Sky email account the menu shows. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Maybe that's the way it works - perhaps you can only make amendments from the Main account on the Secondary accounts and not the reverse.

No that is an error on that account. There are many complaints of the same problem on the official Sky forum, but no acknowledgement from sky that the error exists. However one user has suggested a means of switching the account to a basic one where most of the options are available. Hope it's O.K. to post the link:

I sense another problem on its way.
Not sure what if any contract to services sky have signed up for but yahoo mail now plan to scrap "classic mail"! I doubt sky have any control over this any more (unlike gmail offerings which can enable isps can opt out of "updates")
So whilst I'm not at all sure, and the thread you posted (good find moleman) shows a good potential way to achieve getting the gear icon data to show, it may perhaps only last a couple of weeks. And any users who have opted for the "potentially safer" yahoo mail option (classic) may find it is discontinued in just a few weeks. If you read the last couple of comments on the thread, it also comments on some "potentially unsafe" javascript being used in non-classic yahoo mail.
Get in there quick maybe.
Does anyone know if the yahoo "classic mail" option for sky is to be cancelled already?
