      Ok, so you've changed your password successfully and are still unable to login to mysky. I can only assume that you are attempting to login with the wrong username. I suggest that on the mysky sign in page you click on: https://skyid.sky.com/forgotusername/mysky/. The following page "Retrieve your username" gives the option of using email which you cannot access or Account Information. Choose account information, input the requested details and confirm.

      I've retrieved my username and selected account information - and it showed the following:-


      Username Email address User type
      ady199 unavailable Primary

      So I presume the problem is that my email account has finally been deleted - I left sky about a year ago but was told by sky that I could continue to use my email address, I take it that this is now not the case?

      Is there anyway I can re-activate my email address?

      I'm guessing you didn't recently agree to the new Yahoo mail terms and conditions? or weren't even given the option!?

      I'd imagine you'll have to contact sky themselves to get your email reinstated, I see no reason why they shouldn't be able to do that, but you would have to agree to the new Yahoo terms.

      However, it could be yet another of their incompatibility oversights re the whole changeover fiasco. If you haven't already, it might be worth checking this forum on some of the many problems you might face with the new service . . .

      I'm having the same problem. I logged in ok this afternoon but now Windows Live Mail and the sky website sign in aren't working. I can log in with my other sky email account. It just recommends phoning a support number which I'm loath to do as I'll be on ages and it'll cost me a fortune (not on sky talk anymore)

      I came to ask the same thing I can log in but none of my computers are sending or receiving. All I get is incorrect password, I've reset it for the third time to see if it makes any difference. Normally I can at least send an email but nothings working this after noon

      I had the same problem a few days ago saying temporary error 14 and now today i have temporary error 15.

      Slowly its become a joke emails are down for around the 5th time. Why change when things when they are running smoothly never had a problem with email or broadband in 3 years, i also see when chatting with an advisor it looks they are oversea's

      I did have the same problem as yourself, but on the suggestion of the other poster I changed my password but regarding username I finished mine with @sky.com and all is well .Hope this helps
