I didn't even get the original email, never mind this latest one.
I have checked in 'mysky' and my correct email address is there and sky have used it a number of times as I fairly (ish) recently moved up to fibre, so I received all the emails keeping me informed.

I think they don't like me and this is their way of telling me.

It doesn't matter really, as I have no intention of having anything to do with yahoo as far as my email is concerned.

      No problem.

There are plenty of alternative free email services across the Internet.

I have a collection of different ones for myself. Some were needed to be set up for specific services (i.e. Android phone, messengers, forums).

Whilst I have a Sky email account, I mostly use it for emails related to Sky. I use my other accounts for services & contact which I may wish to take with me should I move to another ISP. All too often I have had issues in the past when moving to another ISP, so I like to keep it this way now.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

If you have previously clicked it, then it tends to play up. You can try pressing the refresh button as apparently that works sometimes.

Earlier I was reading a thread on the Sky forums where it was suggested that people should clear their browser's cache or try a different browser instead.

Do you mean when you click the 'count me in tab' nothing happens & you're just taken to your mail box?

If so, that's all that's ever happened for me.

      Terms & conditions are here:

      By clicking the tab.

There's just no major 'You've now accepted the t's & c's' confirmation page.

Presumably, if you can log in here: https://login.yahoo.com/config/login...ntl=uk&.src=ym with your sky e-mail address, then everything's ok.

That's all i did with 3 different accounts & some of my older mail has already been transferred over.
