    re-associate their Sky iD with your household

      re-associate their Sky iD with your household

      not sure if this is in the correct forum but how do i re-associate a sky id with my household account.my partner was having problems with her emails and i accidently deleted her account and now when i try to set up another one i keep getting messages about user all ready associated with a sky id.i need to get her email account back as it forwards all her mail to her outlok express acount and even that wont work as it wont accept the password.any help will be grateful.on the account users page it says a id can be re-associated with a household but it dosent tell you how.

      Can you not change the password by resetting it to something else and then login to the sky email page by using that as well as the main ID for it ?

      if you deleted the account set another one up with the same sky.com email address and different secondary email in not a one that has been used in the past or present for any sky services

      heres a tip go to any email provider setup a email address use that email address for secondary email but ive got a feeling that you cant reopen a closed secondary use with a differnt secondary email

      not if the deleted the additional user under that email adress
