It is meant in the context that Sky will provide an IMAP service.

Sorry, I don't know what you mean by that. Sky email is to be run through Yahoo who do not support IMAP on a Windows desktop client. I can't see how Sky can provide an IMAP service if it is not supported by their email provider. Originally Posted by MagicBoy

Sky offer email for life and didn't specify any particular protocols such as IMAP, POP etc.
