      Well spotted James!

I'll probably regret putting them on, but I've added my own Sky accounts using the Yahoo! Mail app on my phone.

Oops! There is goes already, beeping away.

      Re: Sky Yahoo! Mail FAQ

      Some other news too:

Sky Help Forum - Sky Yahoo mail is now live - Help & Support from the Official Sky Forum
And the good news: IMAP is (currently) working for desktop clients.

      • Incoming Server: imap.mail.yahoo.com
      • Outgoing Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
      • Incoming Port: 993 (requires SSL)
      • Outgoing Port: 465 (requires SSL/TLS)
      • User name: your Sky email address
      • Password: your Sky password
      • Outgoing server requires authentication (same user/pass as incoming)
If anyone would like to check to confirm this and let us know how they get on, I am sure that others will be grateful for the feed back.

I haven't changed the settings on my accounts in Windows Live Mail and everything appears to be working well at the moment.

I'm a bit confused here now (doesn't take much ). So we don't have to wait for the message asking us to accept the new T&C? I've been eagerly waiting for a couple of weeks now for some email to come along or message to pop up . I must have misread something and we can just go and put the new settings in now??

I accepted the new T&Cs some time ago. I would guess that for those who haven't yet accepted the new T&Cs, they will still have a few weeks to do so.

      Re: Sky Yahoo! Mail FAQ

So does imap work on smart phones and does it sync with an imap account on a desktop?

Still no email for me telling me about the changes.

This is why I am asking. Is there a link somewhere? I don't see anywhere that would take me from my Sky sign-in to a place where I would accept the new T&C's. Whay is it I am missing here .

In the Help section it says you can do this by simply signing in to Sky Email and following the instructions. but I don't see anything in my Sky Email. All that clicking the "Count me in" button does is to take me to my Inbox.

      Re: Sky Yahoo! Mail FAQ

@restorer For me I signed in at sky.com, then once signed in clicked the "emails" in the same drop down as "sign in". I was then faced with having to agree to the terms and conditions. Either Now or Later!

      Re: Sky Yahoo! Mail FAQ

Nope - all the happens with me is I get taken to the normal inbox (Google). Same when I ckcik the "Count me in" button on THIS PAGE.

Maybe we are getting offered these T&C's in batches? I see the many links to the terms but there is no acceptance button. The link below the "Count me in" button actually shows a screenshot of the page I think I need but it is just a PDF document. Grrrrr.

Are you absolutely certain that you have not already agreed, maybe inadvertently, to the migration terms?
