      Cannot send my personal email

      Having previously been using Orange Home, I have just joined Sky Broadband. The Broadband and incoming email to my personal email is working ok. However, when I try sending my personal email it does not go. I called Sky and they told me to change my outgoing SMTP to smtp.tools.sky.com and server port no outgoing mail 9smtp) to 465. When I did this I have a box come up asking for my orange user password. I called Sky today for assistance and they tell me they cannot give me assistance to support my own email which is something like "***** at quest2locum dot co dot uk". Can you help?

      Just as a heads up we are getting a lot of bounce reports from your email address that you have used on your membership of SkyUser.

      Do you want me to remove the email address associated with your account?

      I am receiving the messages the undeliverable message is from my Blackberry. Please keep using des'quest4locums.co.uk
