Sky Password Problem

I have set my sky email up on my laptop and iphone 4 using imap for my sky emails. Everything was working fine but recently i have been having to unlock the captcha on my iphone every other day for the emails to come through. It keeps saying the password is incorrect but its not because when i enter it for captcha it unlocks and the emails come through on the laptop and phone.

Has anyone else had this problem. Is there a way round it, I was thinking of deleting the account on my phone and adding it again or changeing the password ?

Have you tried changing the password via the "Forgotten Password" link on the logon page ?

No not yet. Is that on the sky website? I deleted my account and re entered all the settings again, will see how it go's.

Has a change of password sorted this problem in the past?

Yes on the page you go to login to your emails.

No idea but it is what I would do if I had this problem.
