Problems with Sky Email on an Ipad

First post on this forum so hopefully it makes sense!
I have set up sky email on the Ipad using the following instructions and it pulls message through without a problem

However i have a couple of issues!
- It has only pulled through the most recent half a dozen emails from the 200+ on the server (new ones appear ok)
- As new messages arrive it seems to 'move' the older of the dozen it shows and i cant find these in any of the folders.

The number of messages you see in your inbox will be determined by how far back you have set it to sync.
Goto Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars then click your Sky Email account. Towards the bottom you will see the options called 'Mail Days to Sync'. Set this to 'No Limit' to show every message in your inbox.
Under that there is another option called 'Mail Folders to Push'. For this make sure you only have your inbox selected. None of the other folders need to be pushed. To deselect a folder just click on it to remove the tick.

Thanks for the response - i have updated 'Mail Days to synk' as you suggested and in now works fine.
