Outlook 2010 help.
not sure if I'm in the right place here but I have all the information I need to set up Outlook 2010 and all seems fine except when I put in my username and password it will not accept it. Now I know youre all thinking, ha, she's not putting the password in correctly, but seriously I am - like a zillion times!! So, I wondered do I need to create this first with my original email address (the one that comes with the letter when you sign up) and password? If thats the case, does anyone know if its possible to get the original password? I have the username imprinted in my (little) brain but couldnt remember the original password if my life depended on it. This is so frustrating - I bought outlook 2010 before I signed up with Sky and I really would prefer to use it - if possible. Help and advise wanted - many thanks, Karen

Re: Sky Email with Outlook 2010
Go to your MySky page and log into your Mail. The username and password you use here are the same as those you use in Outlook. If you can't log in, use the 'forgotten username/password links to have your details sent to you.

It is for 2007 but its much the same for 2010.

Re: Outlook 2010 help.
One other issue it could be is the username, with Sky email the username is your complete sky email address along with the @sky.com part.
