Using email 2 iOS devices
I have had sky email set up using push on my iPhone for ages but when I try adding it onto my iPad it sets up fine but when I try to update the messages it keeps saying my password is incorrect even when it isn't. I have tried the captcha tool and it says unlock successful but I can't get it to work on my iPhone and iPad at the same time. Please advise.

If the password is right then it means one of your other settings is wrong get your iPhone and go to edit the settings for the incoming server and check and double check that it is 100% the same.

All the settings are correct. I think because I'm trying to use the same email on 2 separate devices it is causing the password error. Anyone else had this issue?

I have my iPad and iPhone both pulling email from my google mail account. Can you post your settings from the iPad (removing personal info) so we can take a look.
