fault with email

Hi everybody have asked this question before on the sky forum but got no joy. The thing is when i go to the sky home page at the top it says sky mail with nothing there but when i sign in a small circle with a number 1 one comes up but when i go in to my emails theres no new email there but the circled no 1 still keeps coming up when i sign in. Iv`e tried deleting all my emails and the trash bit but still nothing happens can somebody help cos its very annoying.

Same with mine. It's probably the static logo.

Cheers mate for your post reply it maybe a logo but when was the last time sky spent money on a logo like that the thing is it was`nt there at the start of my use of sky email service

I don't actually use sky email. I only logged in to serif it was there for me. Probably a ploy to get you to log into your email and use their service.

Just in case, have you checked all the folders?

For example there might be something in the Spam folder. I use an email client, so do not normally check the Sky website. Logging in just now I found 3 emails in the Spam folder. A couple telling me something very important for a couple of banks which I do not belong to, the third from Sky advising me about their F1 channel.
