      Sky Email won't open using Firefox

      Yesterday Firefox suddenly decided it won't open my Sky eMail. It had been working fine until then and as far as I'm aware nothing has changed from the day before to yesterday.

      My emails will open in IE, Chrome, Outlook and on my iPhone so it's a Firefox problem. I have the most up to date version. I've added Adblock Plus and the filter to allow Skymail. It still doesn't work.

      I'd be grateful for any ideas.

      No problems here using FireFox Ver 8. All I can suggest is that you try clearing the cache. Tools>Options>Advanced>Network tab and click Clear Now.

      To see if it is Adblock Plus causing the issue you could try temporarily disabling it.

      I also use Adblock+. Still having no problem.

      I meant to ask, what error message do you get?

      Re: Sky Email won't open using Firefox

      I have the same problem

      its just showing the message headers rather than the whole message

      I've tried to pin it down using the last hit option on adblock but it looks like its one of the big complicated filters at the start

      did anyone else figure out what it was (subscirbed to fanboys list in adblock)

      * found it

      its in the hiding exceptions list it has channel 4 t mobile on it
