      Cancelling Sky - Sky Email

I know that Sky Email is for life and that, if I cancel my Sky TV sub and cancel my BB I can still connect to Sky email. I was just wondering if there is anything I need to do prior to any cancellation. Also, what would happen if, for any reason, I forgot my p/word or user name?

It's all self-contained so it runs just as it would if it was plain old Gmail, so nothing to worry about

Ok. And it's easy enough to get a reminder for your email log in details if you forget? Not that I have ever forgotten but you never know!

It is like any other web based email, if you forget your password, there will be a link for a reminder. Just like this https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/...656d61696c277d

That just seems to be text instructions for what I tried anyway. The problem sentence seems to be
"We'll send an email to the address gave us when you signed up, containing your new..."
It seems that, for whatever reason, I didn't give Sky another email adress when I signed up all those years ago as the "reminder" email just goes to my Sky email address. I'd like to know if this "reminder" email can be changed as it's not really much use sending any reminder to the same email a/c you're trying to get a reminder for.
Now I know it's unlikely that I would ever forget my username/pw but it just worries me that, if the unthinkable should happen, I'd be left without any access.

Re: Cancelling Sky - Sky Email

If you log into MySky you should see a line at the top asking if they have your password correct. If you do not see it, go to the My Sky menu find Profile and settings and click My Details. This will take you to a page where you can change your email address and any other details you wish, including your password.
