      Strange messages from Google.

      Yesterday and today I have been receiving messages from Google with the title Delivery Status Notification (Delay). The messages go on: Technical details of temporary failure: The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. Learn more at 'The recipient server did not accept our requests...' - Gmail Help

      However, I know that the messages have been delivered immediately as I received responses. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?

      I had one, and this is from my Gmail account not Sky - no idea what it is as the recipient got the email

      It was an known issue yesterday as Sky mentioned this on their Facebook page:

      We are currently working on the following issue "delivery Status Notification Delay" when trying to send e mails from your Sky.com address. We hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. We thank everyone for your patience
