Why won't second e-mail address send?
Folks, greetings from a new poster. This query may well have been posted elsehwere but I can't seem to find it so here goes (I'm only marginally technical): Before migrating to Sky I had my own domain name and two addresses attached to it (me@mydomain.co.uk and wife@mydomain.co.uk). I managed to set up my one no problem but despite replicating all the settings, listing it on the MySky settings etc it resolutely refuses to send any mail from my wife's (receiving is fine). She want to be able to reply from herself - any clever suggestions as to what might be the cause & solution? I'm exhausted trying and not techically aware enough to solve it.
Any help greatly received.

Apply for a SkyUser SMTP account(s) Sky User - SkyUser SMTP Server Live

I don't think you can use Sky's server to send any mail bar sky emails, so you have two options, either use your own domains server or as suggested above you could apply to use the one run by the folks that run this site.

Re: Why won't second e-mail address send?
I was able to send all from my email accounts using Sky's SMTP server. The only issue being that they all appeared to come from my Sky email account. That was not what I wanted.
Sky's SMTP server works exactly the same as Google's one so I applied for the Sky User SMTP account which works perfectly.
