      If you are setting it up as imap then pop.tools is the wrong server. The correct server will be imap.tools.sky.com.

      If the server still does not respond then you have either got the port number wrong. It is 993 or you haven't checked SSL in authentication.

      Thank you Isitme for crosslinking the solution - was about to do the same. Worked for me with my wife's HTC Wildfire S. She loves me now!
