      I don't normally use Outlook 2007 so I've just tried using it with my Sky User Name and Password (as for My Sky) and I can confirm I can't set up an account either! I tried the recommended Settings and Ports along with authentication where necessary and it doesn't work. No explanation other than it's not working at this time.

      Just another thought, have you set up in the Web mail to enable POP3 or IMAP?

      I use Outlook 2003, but I think if there were a problem with 2007, it would have been noticed by now. After all, those who are not cheapskates like me, have upgraded to 2010 without problems. I say without problems, but I actually mean after some individuals have sorted out the mistakes they made.
