setting up my work e-mail at home is it SMTP I need??

      Hi Guys

I used this forum a couple of years ago to set up a work e-mail account at home so I could use outlook and my e-mails wouldn't say sam@sky.com.

Is this still an issue and if so what is the work around? Do I need to set up for a SMTP thing again??

      Thanks for your help

      Sam
