Sky e-mail to configure with Outlook 2010
I have a problem with Outlook 2010 after going through the procedure as given in the Forum to get my mail onto Outlook 2010.
I have followed the given instructions and find that the Test e-mail is passed and the box gives me the green ticks also the message of congratulations but Outlook 2010 refuses to open.
I have now carried out the procedure at least 20 times but still get the same result!!!!!
Can anyone give me any further help to log on???

What do you mean by "refuses to open"?
Do you get any error messages?

When you say Outlook refuses to open, do you mean the application will not open or that it will not send and receive? Do you get an error message?
