2nd request at this one! No luck on first attempt.
I belong to a vast number of user groups so get a high volume of messages. As not all of these seem to be forwarded from SkyMail to Outlook i sometimes miss out. Somebody has suggested i try the IMAP setting instead. Set up OK. However, it is PAINFULLY slow deleted Read messages.
Any suggestions, please

I think this can be caused by an overfull mailbox. Try going to Tools, Mailbox cleanup, and use that to archive and delete your mail.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.
