    Imap not working

      Imap not working

      Having trouble getting Imap to work, I believe I have all the settings correct, but it keeps saying "Your Imap Server wants to alert you to the following: Invalid Credentials" (failiure)

      Any suggestions anyone?

      Accept the credentials? Until you do you will get the error.

      Ahhh your user name and password type credentials? Okay, what are you using as a username? Full sky.com email address? Also what is the full error message?

      Thanks for the reply. I'm guessing it's the username / password credentials.
      I am using the full sky email address for the username, and imap port 993 SSL
