      Help with Email problem please

      I have been using sky email for a while on my home PC using Outlook. I recently setup to receive emails on my N900 and that works just fine, however I no longer receive them on my PC. I have another email account set up on my laptop, again using outlook and also on my N900 and that works as expected. Both setups are the same, leaving messages on the server when read from the phone, yet the laptop receives emails and my PC doesn't. I believe this is due to a setting on the sky mail account but I can't find it, any ideas?

      Sky mail is based on Google mail, so may work the same. With Google mail, once you read the mail, no matter how, it is marked as read and will not show up as new mail again, even though it hasn't been deleted. You will probably find that the PC can read any mail that you haven't already read elsewhere.

      You can overcome this by changing your Sky mail username from bloggo@sky.com to recent:bloggo@sky.com. This tells the mail system to show all mail, whether recently read or not.
